Dear John:
Words are not adequate to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for your very comprehensive and sophisticated repairs on my 2006 Lexus LS 460.You have done a masterful job!
When the accident occurred on August 11, I was asked by many people why I had chosen an auto body shop “way up” in Riviera Beach. My very simple response was that I wanted to use the very best and someone in whom I had ultimate trust to complete the necessary repairs.
I want to let you know that I am pleased with my decision and my choice. Whatever one’s profession, the goal is to be recognized as “the best – a True professional” and you should rest assured that you have achieved and earned that distinction.
