Thank you so much for your help with my neighbors truck. It was very thoughtful of you to take the time out of you busy schedule to work on it.
 
Thank you for your advice on speaking to the insurance claims manager. I spoke to him and although they still decided to pay 50% of the other vehicles damage, they made a note on the account to disregard the claims and not influence the rates for their account.
