I stopped by to get a quote to get an aggressive bumper dent pulled. The gentleman from the office immediately tried to fix it on the spot, clearly showing no intention of charging me for such a simple job. After determining that it would require a bit more effort (and some help from a heat gun), the gentleman said he would have one of his boys fix it and suggested I merely give him a $20 tip for the courtesy and be on my way.
That’s right, folks: the company had no intention of charging me who-knows-how-much for a mere bumper dent. The company would rather I have my problem fixed in 20 minutes for $20 and leave happy and have their employee keep the $20 than to charge me full price and go through all that paperwork.
And yes, the employee did a phenomenal and very meticulous job. You could hardly tell there was ever a bump!
