I have been using Elite for more than 30 years and I wouldn’t go any place else. John and his entire staff are top of the line in every way. Their work is impeccable because John doesn’t accept anything less than perfection.
Just two days ago I had to take my 2004 Toyota convertible with only 60,000 miles into John, with a lot of damage. My biggest concern was that they would total my car, but in his typical reassuring way, he told me that whatever the outcome, he would help me. He asked me not to worry and just to let him do his job.
He did and my car will be repaired, not totaled. Before I get my car back I know that it will look perfect. Having had John do the work on all of our cars over the past 30 years, I know exactly what I will be getting when I pick up my baby. It may be a 2004 vehicle but it will look like it just came off of the showroom floor.
I am writing this before I pick up my car because I want to share that in addition to doing amazing work, John is a breath of fresh air in today’s environment. He is honest and ethical and caring in addition to being a perfectionist when it comes to the finished product. It’s not surprising that the rest of his staff follow in his footsteps. I have always recommended Elite to my friends, and I am happy to recommend to anyone who reads this, there isn’t a better place to take your car for bodywork.
John and his staff are the very BEST. You will not be disappointed!
